By winning the 1.5 million dollar first prize this weekend at the Tour Championship at East Lake, Spieth ended the 2015 season by going over the $12 million mark in prize money.
Add that to hisÂ FedEx Cup bonus cash and Spieth’s 2014-15 PGA Tour season total comes out to $22,030,465. A number that comfortably breaks Tiger Woods’ former single-year record of $20,867,052 earned back in 2007 when he won the FedEx Cup.
He made $22 million dollars this year.
He’ll be named PGA Tour Player of the Year.
